My name is Lisa Moroniak and I'm a native "Mid-Westerner", originally from Chicago, Illinois. What that means for my clients is that you can expect truthful, candid and honest service from me as your real estate professional.
How am I different from other real estate agents?
I enjoy creating a marketing focus that draws the largest buyer pool to get you the most money for your home. I only take on a select number of Active listings at any given time, and never more than I can dedicate myself to 100%. Above all, my sellers and I are partners in the process, constantly working together hand in hand on the strategy of selling your home.
I am not just a full-time real estate professional, but a business owner. My professional background is 21 years working in the Fortune 500 (Baxter International, Entergy and Oracle). Today while I have the pleasure of delivering hands-on service to my clients – more importantly I develop relationships with them – the most enjoyable part of what I do! For 2012 I closed a total of 46 units for 8.65M in sold volume, 32 in 2011, 24 in 2010 and 25 in 2009.
I am an avid fan of leveraging technology to sell my clients’ homes – from my 3500+ database contacts, to paying “extra” for maximum exposure on sites like REALTOR.COM, Zillow, Trulia, ActiveRain and vFlyer.
Local Area Expertise
I support the counties of Northern Virginia – Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun (having lived in Ashburn, South Riding and Leesburg) and Prince William. My office has been based in Reston since 2000.
I am available via all modern and traditional methods of communication – phone, email, text and personal visits. At a minimum my sellers receive a comprehensive report at the start of each week that includes Community Activity, Showings, Buyer Feedback, Internet Trending, Open House Results and Recommendations for Next Steps to sell your home.
